1. The service
Emerald IPTV ("we", "us"), operating at darkiptv4k.com, provides paid access credentials and related technical support for IPTV player applications. We are a technology and access provider: we do not host, record, produce, own or distribute any broadcast or audiovisual content. Each subscriber is responsible for ensuring that what they watch is permitted where they live.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to purchase a subscription.
- Credentials are personal to you. Sharing, reselling or publishing your login outside your household is grounds for suspension.
- Each connection plays on one screen at a time. If your household needs more simultaneous screens, additional connections can be added to your plan.
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if they're compromised and we'll reissue them.
3. Orders, activation and payment
- Prices are listed in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no contracts, no equipment rental, no hidden fees.
- Activation normally takes 5–15 minutes after payment clears. If anything stalls, support completes activation manually with you.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Revolut. We never see or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your term ends, it simply ends — renewal is always your choice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or disrupt our infrastructure;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes third-party rights;
- abuse the free trial (one trial per household) or the refund policy;
- misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Emerald IPTV without a reseller agreement (see our reseller programme).
5. Availability and quality
We target 99.9% uptime, measured on infrastructure we manage ourselves. Streaming is a moving landscape — upstream feeds occasionally stumble at peak hours and maintenance windows happen. Where interruptions are within our control and exceed 48 continuous hours, we'll extend your subscription by the lost time plus a goodwill bonus. Planned maintenance is announced in advance by email or WhatsApp broadcast.
6. Refunds
All plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from activation, handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
7. Intellectual property
All original text, design, graphics and code on darkiptv4k.com are © 2026 Emerald IPTV and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Channel names, league names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, which does not imply any association or endorsement.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a subscription is capped at the amount you paid for that subscription. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy in your own EU member state.
