Privacy Policy

What you watch stays between you and your TV. This policy explains — in plain English — what little data we keep, why, and the rights you hold under GDPR.

Last updated: September 2026 · Applies to darkiptv4k.com

1. Who we are

Emerald IPTV ("we", "us"), operating at darkiptv4k.com, is an internet technology service provider based in Dublin, Ireland. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts, we are the data controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at any time at support@darkiptv4k.com.

2. What we collect — and what we don't

We keep the minimum needed to keep your subscription alive, and nothing beyond it.

We do not collect or store: your viewing history, the titles you watch, stream timestamps, your card number, or your precise location. Card details go straight to the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal or Revolut) and never pass through our systems.

3. Why we process data (lawful bases)

4. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure and functional and are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only load if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

5. Who we share data with

Only with the processors needed to run the service: our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Revolut), our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider — each bound by data processing agreements. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

6. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of expiry or of a deletion request. Order records are retained for the period required by Irish tax law (currently six years). Support conversations are purged after 12 months.

7. Your rights under GDPR

Email support@darkiptv4k.com to exercise any right — we respond within 72 hours at most. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (DPC) in Ireland if you're unhappy with how we handle things.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, credentials are transmitted by encrypted email, and access to order records is restricted to the two people who run support. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the attack surface small by simply not holding much.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll post the new version here with a fresh "last updated" date and, where the change affects you directly, email you before it takes effect.
